As far as semi-detached dwellings are concerned, these Bevan Avenue homes break the mold.
Revelstoke’s design team took cues from the architectural essence of the surrounding structures, reinterpreting a remarkable contemporary version.
Referencing the area’s single-story brick cladding, each home’s façade is comprised of two brick volumes. One lies flat, while the other stands on its end, creating a distinguished presence for each. A strategically placed metal ribbon accentuates the shared, unique character of the two residences.
Commanding at 2,200 square feet a piece, both offer three bedrooms, two full and two half bathrooms within their spacious layout.
The Grand channels a small-scale ballroom. Its large, episodic windows, double height space, and alluring fireplace rapidly designate it as the stop-and-awe spot for every gathering.
Astute architecture positions the kitchen adjacent to this pivotal living zone. The island’s sitting area features a distinctive single waterfall countertop.
Visually follow the magnificent Grand up onto the second floor. Stargaze from the private terrace, linked off one’s master bedroom. Or saunter via either’s walk-through closets into spectacular ensuites, complete with glass shower partitions.
